My 24th Birthday...

Two dozen of pink roses (my favorite) from the boyfriend.

Getting my makeup done by my friend and makeup artist Leticia, who studied at Joe Blasco Makeup School in Hollywood.

My de-shelled lobster... didn't want to get my gloves dirty.

Vintage Versace belt I purchased some time ago.

One thing I absolutely love is hunting for beautiful and unique vintage. They say "One man's trash is another man's treasure." Today I spent my day with my vintage-lover buddy Nhu. I had to show her 19th street a little secret shopping strip that I fell in love with when I first discovered this area when Andrew first moved into the city. It's a very charming and quaint area hidden right in the heart of the Heights. Somehow walking up and down this street makes me feel like I'm being transported back in time to the 1950's. That's how old this area is. I'm like a little girl in a candy store when I walk into a vintage store and discovering beautiful antique jewelry pieces, purses, and dresses. I literally would go mad.
